How far in advance should I order?
Most orders require at least 4 days' notice so I can prepare everything fresh and with care. This helps ensure the quality and consistency I'm known for.

Rush orders (2-3 days' notice) may be accepted based on availability and include a nonrefundable $15 rush fee. This fee is nonrefundable and is added on top of your invoice as a fulfillment fee. Deposits are also nonrefundable for rush orders as I purchase the ingredients, once the quote is approved.

I don't offer same-day or next-day orders. Everything is made to order, and I'd rather take the time to do it right than rush something out.

Yes, all orders are made to order fresh in my San Antonio kitchen to ensure freshness and quality. These are not desserts that are pre-made, pre-frozen or sitting on a shelf. This allows me to focus on quality, consistency and flavor in every batch.
